Abstract:At this stage，the supply of rural public sports products aims to highlight the value of social justice.It is dominated by government investment and secured by system arrangement.It has the difficulties of backward，inefficient and imbalanced development.The reason can be summarized as follows.The differences in the value orientation of the supply subject are the main reason of the supply difficulty.The value selection of the demand level of the majority farmers for public goods is the internal reason of the backward development.The game of the governments at all levels under the social value orientation leads to the low efficiency of the total supply.The responsibility of the government，market and non??profit organization is not clear.The lack of institutional guarantee and legal bond leads to the game of the authorities and low inefficiency.The value game of the government performance evaluation leads to the lack of supply of intangible goods and recessive goods.Conflict between the top??down system and the reflecting system of the interests of farmer sports leads to the short supply of ethnic and public goods.The market dominated by sports tourism oriented to commercial value leads to the blind profit maximization of the supply subject，which then leads to the destruction of the nature environment in the rural areas and the industry excessive supply of goods in the region.
